Returning Merchandise
-If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit.

-After you fill out the form below, we will e-mail you a prepaid shipping label. You can use the label to send the items back at no charge to you.

-Once we receive the merchandise we will process the return and send you an e-mail regarding your return and how to redeem you credit.

- Your credit is going to be in form of gift certificate, a special code will be emailed to you which you can use for future purchases from 599fashion.com

-Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete the form below within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

-All international orders are final, no returns.
